Our Teams

Let's work together!

We offer you a broad spectrum of intertwined tasks. That's why matching skills and the right mindset are more important to us than flawless CVs. If this seems to be the right approach for you, we look forward to getting to know you!

You will find tasks in these areas:

In our client teams, media analysts and news managers work as experts with a wide variety of specializations, such as finance, pharmaceuticals, energy, culture, media, education, politics, etc. The teams are made up of young professionals as well as experienced colleagues with a background in communications and social sciences, philology, journalism or comparable fields of academic study.

Bars, Dots & Pies. In the Insights team, our incubators for innovative presence, image and reputation analysis concepts work enthusiastically and, above all, with fun on product development in the field of data visualization. Experienced researchers look at and behind the data, as well as experts in the field of data science.

Our agile coaches support pressrelations employees in the office and virtually at the respective company locations and remote workplaces.
We are a diverse international team of trained coaches and career changers. We are united by the common ambition to continuously develop individuals as well as teams, processes and structures. We are always happy to welcome trained systemic coaches as well as career changers with the right mindset, a good pinch of courage paired with a lot of respect, focus and a great interest in being creative in the team.

pressrelations' IT team works closely with all employees worldwide to find the fastest, most secure and reliable solution for the company and its individual requirements. We are looking for interested professionals as well as career changers from the industry with the magic touch for technology.

Our key account managers are the link between customers and the project team. Many years of close support with a deep understanding of the interests of all recipient groups on the customer side ensure optimal support in all project issues. The close integration with the agile project team also enables laterally entering consultants to quickly learn the specific workflows and processes.

We make pressrelations visible. It matters to us not only to explain our core business in an easily understandable way but above all to paint an authentic overall picture in order to make pressrelations come alive across all channels. We work in an interdisciplinary manner and represent all disciplines of modern marketing – working out the perfect marketing mix thus becomes an internal team effort with short decision-making paths and maximum leeway.

The Media Services department is the linchpin of our media monitoring. We take care of the procurement of media content of all kinds, media data maintenance and licensing support for customer projects. We also support our colleagues in setting up our orders, keep an eye on our internal production system and manage the projects. Our media managers, procurement specialists and lawyers work closely with all internal teams and are in contact with our partners and suppliers worldwide.

Our agile product development is home to full stack developers, DevOps, product owners and UX designers. But that's not all: we are connected with the entire company, work in a borderless interdisciplinary way with all teams and shape the course of pressrelations together.

Our sales teams are active in all markets in which we are represented with an own location. In this way, we are closer to the needs of our customers and literally speak the same language as our clients. Joint international projects and campaigns create a strong sense of cohesion and an excellent exchange among the team members who have experience in the industry.

Virginia Chen | COO Asia-Pacific

The decisive factor in joining pressrelations for me was the corporate culture. pressrelations cares deeply about the well-being of its employees, encourages initiatives and values innovative approaches. Fairness, respect and openness best describe the atmosphere.

Irem, Training unit

When daycare calls again for me to pick up my daughter early, it doesn't give me a headache. There's a great understanding of family needs – flexible working hours and a great team really help me balance family and work.

FAQ

You can simply apply using our careers page. In order to get the most detailed picture possible of your background, interests, strengths and qualifications, we would like to kindly ask you to enter your details carefully and comprehensively into the application form. Your personal cover letter and a few lines about your motivation provide us with a good first insight and give us an idea what role you can play at our company. Please make sure to attach meaningful documents such as your CV, certificates, testimonials, references, etc. to your application. The following formats can be added up to a maximum size of 15 MB: Microsoft Word, Open Office, PDF, HTML, RTF, JPG, PNG, GIF and text files.

By entering your data, a profile is automatically set up with us. Your data will first be stored in our password-protected applicant database, to which only a few internal users from our HR department have access. If your application is relevant for a team and is assigned to it for review, excerpts of your application will be made available to the decision-makers and the further process of getting to know each other (see below) will begin.
If your application is not selected for the further recruitment process, we will delete your data after the application process has been completed. If your application remains of interest to us even if you are not hired, we will actively ask you if we may continue to store your data in the database.

Please apply exclusively via our job portal – there you’ll find all options to enter your application.

No. However, questions related to the application process or the advertised position are always much appreciated. All other questions will be clarified during the interview. A phone call has no influence on the application or decision-making process whatsoever.

For application-specific questions, please contact the colleague listed under the respective job advertisement.

Most frequently, we apply a peer recruiting process: After your application has been received and an initial check for completeness and fit has been conducted by the colleagues in our HR department, the team coach reviews your documents and discusses your talents and skills with the respective team. The team decides whether to invite you to get to know the company. To ensure that you learn as much as possible about the position and the team during the interview, the coach and some team representatives are also present. Afterwards, the team decides on a trial workday with you – and the final hiring.

If you are still contractually bound and would like your application to be treated confidentially, we will take a different approach. Please let us know in your cover letter!

Of course, you can! Just send us your speculative application and convince us that we need anyone but you. Please also use the online form for speculative applications.
