France is an important market for media monitoring and analysis,” says Jens Schmitz, Managing Partner of pressrelations GmbH. “With NewsRadar®, we are offering the French market a fully integrated tool for the first time that combines all relevant media channels - traditional media as well as social media - on a single platform. This benefits not only our new French customers, but also our existing customers from the DACH region, the USA, and China, who now have even more comprehensive access to the French media landscape.

To lead its operations in France, pressrelations has appointed Christophe Dickès as Managing Partner France. With over 20 years of industry experience in leading international companies in the media analysis sector. Dickès has held senior roles at major players including Press Index, Kantar Media, and Onclusive. Since 10 years, he has also been involved as Vice President of the Fédération Internationale des Bureaux d'Extraits de Presse (FIBEP) and is a member of the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC).

"The French market is currently lacking a provider that combines state-of-the-art AI technology with genuine human expertise while ensuring the highest standards of service. We want to close this gap in the market by offering our customers tailor-made, reliable, and high-quality solutions," emphasizes Christophe Dickès.

pressrelations is distinguished by its hybrid model, which combines the precision of cutting-edge technology with expert human analysis to deliver real-time insights into media reputation. Its platform, NewsRadar®, centralizes all aspects of media intelligence. To this end and as a committed European player, pressrelations relies on close partnerships with French media organizations and copyright collectives organizations to offer one of the most comprehensive monitoring services in the country. The company guarantees data sovereignty through its European-based infrastructure, reinforcing its dedication to intellectual property protection and compliance.
